Overview
We are seeking a skilled Installer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation of various products, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety. This role requires a keen eye for detail and a commitment to customer satisfaction. As an Installer, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the overall experience for our clients by delivering exceptional service and workmanship.
Duties
- Install racking products according to SEMA specifications and company standards across East Anglia and the UK.
- Conduct site assessments to determine installation requirements.
- Ensure all installations are completed safely and efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate installation schedules.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client queries and concerns during the installation process.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working order.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.
- Document installation processes and report any issues or discrepancies.
- Must be comfortable working at heights.
- Dispatch customer orders from internal warehouse.
Skills
- Proven experience in a similar installation role is preferred - but SEMA training provided.
- Full UK driving licence required.
- Strong technical skills with the ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with clients and team members.
- Fork truck licence advantage
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Familiarity with relevant tools and equipment used in installations.
- Salary inline with experience.

Pay: £27,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
