We're looking for a friendly, enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Sales Assistant to join our Country Clothing team.

Hours
- 16 hours per week
- Flexibility is essential, with the opportunity to work additional hours during busy periods, weekends and seasonal events.
What you'll be doing
- Providing outstanding customer service and creating a welcoming shopping experience
- Assisting customers with product selection, styling and sizing
- Processing sales through the till system
- Receiving, merchandising and replenishing stock
- Maintaining high standards of visual merchandising and housekeeping
- Helping to achieve sales targets and support the wider retail team
We're looking for someone who:
- Has previous retail sales experience (essential)
- Has a genuine interest in fashion, country clothing or premium retail
- Is confident, approachable and enjoys building rapport with customers
- Has excellent communication skills
- Is proactive, organised and able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Is flexible and willing to work additional hours during our busiest seasons
