Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Pai to join our team. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional finishes on a Care Home. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their craft and consistently works to the highest standards, whether in modern or period properties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and paint internal and external surfaces to a high standard
- Apply various finishes including emulsion, gloss, satin, and specialist coatings
- Perform detailed surface preparation including filling, sanding, caulking, stripping, and priming
- Hang wallpapers with precision, including:
- Luxury wall coverings
- Designer wallpapers
- Intricate patterned papers
- Lining paper
- Feature walls
- Ensure all work areas are kept clean, tidy, and safe
- Maintain a professional appearance and attitude on all job sites
Requirements
- Excellent attention to detail and finish quality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- CSCS card (preferred)
- Full UK driving licence (preferred)
