Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated practitioner (ideally with a full and relevant L3) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in early childhood education and a genuine love for working with children. This role involves creating a nurturing and stimulating environment where young learners can thrive, develop, and explore their potential. A strong candidate with enthusiasm and a willingness to complete a L3 qualification will be considered!

Duties
- Plan and implement engaging educational activities that promote learning through play.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment for children aged 0-5 years.
- Observe and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians.
- Foster positive relationships with children, encouraging their independence and self-esteem.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure high standards of care and education are maintained.
- Maintain accurate records of children's development and daily activities.
- Communicate effectively with parents, providing updates on their child's progress and addressing any concerns.
- Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations as well as safeguarding policies.
Qualifications
- Experience working with children in a nursery or childcare setting is desirable.
- A L3 qualification is preferred - an exceptional apprentice will be considered.
- Ability to engage with children at their level, demonstrating empathy and patience.
- Access to excellent CPD to upskill - we will support with any further qualifications
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: £10.25-£14.25 per hour
