Westcountry Group is seeking an enthusiastic, organised, and customer-focused Internal Sales Person to manage and develop our new showroom. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to play a key role in delivering excellent customer service, driving sales, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the showroom.
Westcountry Group specialise in the supply and installation of high-quality domestic and commercial automated entrance gates and perimeter security systems across the South West.
The Role
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the sales process, dealing with customer enquiries, preparing quotations, liaising with suppliers, and assisting the external sales team to ensure excellent customer service throughout each project.
Key Responsibilities
- Handling incoming customer enquiries by phone, email and in person
- Preparing quotations and sales documentation
- Supporting the external sales team with administration and customer follow-up
- Liaising with suppliers and contractors
- Maintaining accurate customer records and CRM systems
- Providing a professional and friendly service to domestic and commercial clients
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2 years sales experience
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Confident telephone manner
- Good IT skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience within construction, security, or automated gate industries would be an advantage, but not essential
