We are seeking dedicated Seasonal Front of House Staff to join our team at The Lord Crewe Hotel. This role is essential in delivering exceptional service to our guests and ensuring a memorable experience during their stay. Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a friendly demeanor.
- Assist with check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
- Provide information about hotel services and local attractions to enhance guest experience.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of front-of-house areas.
- Support the restaurant team with food service and catering needs as required.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
Requirements
- Experience in hospitality or customer service roles preferred.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of food safety standards is advantageous.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Staff tips are paid out every 4 weeks.
