Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Plastic and Metal Duct Fitter to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing duct systems primarily utilised in ventilation MVHR applications. This role requires a strong understanding of mechanical systems, schematics, and construction practices.
- Install plastic and metal ductwork according to technical drawings and schematics
- Read and interpret construction plans and technical diagrams accurately
- Ensure all duct installations meet safety standards and building regulations
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively
Skills
- Strong ventilation knowledge with the ability to interpret schematics and technical drawings
- Proven experience in construction and duct installation roles
- Competence to work alone
- Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail in installation work
- Physical fitness to handle lifting, manoeuvring large components, and working at heights where required
