Responsibilities
- Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers in a friendly and efficient manner
- Take orders accurately and handle cash payments
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and work surfaces
- Restock bar supplies as needed to ensure smooth service throughout shifts
- Monitor customer behaviour to promote responsible drinking and prevent over-service
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons and creating a welcoming environment
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality or serving roles is preferred but not essential as training will be provided
- candidates must be over 18
- Strong organisational skills with good time management abilities
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy periods
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanour
- Basic maths skills for handling transactions accurately
- Knowledge of bar operations is desirable but not mandatory
- A professional attitude with a focus on delivering high standards of service
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or during peak hours as required
