We are recruiting for our nursery settings based in Hempstead, Hoo, Chatham and Rochester.
About the Role:
This is a varied and hands-on role, ideally suited to someone organised, proactive, and enthusiastic about working in a childcare environment. We're looking for enthusiastic, caring, and reliable Nursery Bank Staff to join our team. This flexible role is perfect for qualified early years practitioners, students, or experienced childcare professionals looking for work that fits around their lifestyle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the daily care, learning, and development of children.
- Assist in delivering engaging activities that promote learning through play.
- Ensure the safety, wellbeing, and happiness of all children at all times.
- Work as part of a supportive team across different rooms as required.
- Supporting the nursery team with light duties as required, including assisting with mealtimes and transitions.
- Ensuring compliance with all nursery policies and procedures at all times
.What We’re Looking For:
- A genuine interest in working with young children.
- Good organisational skills and the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
- A team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Previous experience in a childcare setting is desirable but not essential.
