Position: Production Operative (Food) Temporary 3 month contract
Location: Chichester
Shift: 14.00 - 22.00 Monday - Thursday, 12.00-18.00 Friday
Salary: £29,424.00 per annum
Babynov UK is a well-established food manufacturing company based in Chichester.
we are looking for 12 temporary Production Operatives with a positive can-do approach to different roles, a willingness to learn and motivation to help us get the best out of everyday to join our team on a 3 month fixed term contract.
We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic people, who can work and rotate across multiple production roles and who can work as part of a team, accurately and at speed in a busy environment.
What will you be doing?
Working across production to achieve agreed efficiency targets assisting with the preparation, filling, labelling, packaging and palletisation and movement of product.
· Be able to follow instructions, procedures and complete paperwork as required
· Be able to communicate effectively with the rest of the team
· Be motivated to learn new skills,
· Be comfortable working in a wide and varied team

Requirements
- Good Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience of working in a food production environment (preferred)
