Overview
We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Level 3 Childcare Practitioner to join our nursery team. This is not just a job, it’s a role for someone who genuinely puts children at the heart of everything they do.

You will be working directly with children, creating engaging, stimulating activities that support their development and help them progress confidently to the next stage of their learning journey. Duties
- Plan and deliver activities across the 7 areas of learning in line with the Early Years curriculum
- Support children’s development through engaging, age-appropriate experiences
- Observe, assess, and track children’s progress
- Maintain a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment
- Demonstrate strong knowledge and application of safeguarding and Prevent Duty
- Work collaboratively as part of a team to uphold nursery standards
- Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
Requirement:
- Full and relevant Level 3 qualification in Childcare
- GCSE (or equivalent) in English
- Proven experience working in a nursery setting
- Strong understanding of safeguarding, child protection, and Prevent Duty
- Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and planning across all 7 areas of learning
- A proactive, reliable, and professional attitude
Desirable (but not essential):
- Paediatric First Aid
- Food Hygiene Certificate
- (Training can be provided for the right candidate)

Pay: £14.50-£16.00 per hour

- A-Level or equivalent (required)
