Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Assist with food preparation and meal assembly according to established recipes and standards
- Support the cooking process by following instructions from senior kitchen staff
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of workstations in compliance with food safety regulations
- Ensure all food items are stored correctly and adhere to hygiene standards
- Help with serving food to customers or guests in a professional and courteous manner
- Follow health and safety protocols at all times, including proper handling of kitchen equipment and ingredients
- Contribute to a positive team environment by collaborating effectively with colleagues
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food preparation, cooking, or restaurant service is desirable but not mandatory
- Knowledge of food safety standards and hygiene practices
- Enthusiasm for culinary arts and willingness to learn new skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment

- Flexibility to work shifts as required, including weekends if necessary
