Role Type:| 13-hour Night shifts (9pm-8am)| Weekend shifts Saturday and Sunday's.
In this role, you'll support one individual with complex needs, working regular weekly shifts to build a consistent, trusted care team. While hours are usually stable, the position is offered on a zero-hours contract.

Our client is a vibrant soul who sustained an acquired brain injury (ABI) following a choking incident. Though non-verbal, his personality beams through every smile, every tear, and every shared moment. He lives independently in his own home and is supported by a close-knit, loving family who are actively involved in his care journey.
He's a wheelchair user, has a PEG, and requires full personal care with double-handed support. Communication is beautifully uniquehe understands both Welsh and English and responds with expressive smiles or tears.
