We are seeking a Nursery Worker to join our busy nursery team on a seasonal contract until 28th August 2026.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for plants and working in an outdoor environment. Previous experience in a horticulture environment is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.
Whilst your main place of work will be at our nursery in Riddlesworth you may be asked to work on our second nursery in Garboldisham to suit work demands.
Duties could include:
- Potting plants on a potting machine.
- Hand potting.
- Mulching by hand and on a machine.
- Lifting plants.
- Weeding
- Standing down potted plants.
- Sweeping and tidying the nursery.
- Moving and standing down plants.
- Watering.
- Trimming plants.
- Weeding.
You may also be asked to join other teams to undertake various duties on our nurseries to include dispatch.
Required Skills:
- Previous experience in a horticulture environment is desirable but not essential.
- You will be working in a busy, outdoor environment so a willingness to work outdoors in all weathers is essential.
- A good level of physical fitness is required.
- You will need the ability to work as part of a team and also complete solo tasks within timescales set by Supervisors to help the team achieve production targets.
- You will need to be punctual and reliable.

- Driving Licence (preferred as you will need to travel to our nursery)
