They are looking for a highly motivated Sous Chef to work closely with the Head Chef in the kitchen of this busy boutique hotel. The hotel offers a range of busy dining options serving a quality fresh food modern British menu. It is essential that the exceptionally high standards are maintained at all times. The hotel is also a busy venue for weddings and functions. This is an excellent property and as Sous Chef you will be assisting to lead a brigade of fantastic Chefs whilst remaining hands on when service requires. You will be responsible for maintaining current standards whilst pushing the food quality to the next level to ensure the venue's continued popularity.
Requirements:
This role would suit a Sous Chef looking for a new challenge in their career. It is essential that all applicants have a proven track record of working in a high volume fresh food operation. Excellent knowledge of current kitchen regulations are also essential for this role.
