Job Opportunity: Plater / Fabricator
Location: Dyce, Aberdeen
Pay Rate: From £28.50 per hour LTD

The Role
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Plater / Fabricator to join our team in Dyce. You will be working within a fast-paced workshop environment, supporting key projects for the energy and subsea sectors. This is a role for a craftsman who takes pride in precision and structural integrity.
Key Responsibilities
- Reading & Interpretation: Work directly from technical engineering drawings and ISOs.
- Fabrication: Mark out, cut, and shape plate and structural steel.
- Precision: Ensure all work meets strict tolerance levels and high-quality standards.
- Safety: Adhere to all workshop HSE protocols and maintain a clean workspace.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: Proven track record as a Plater/Fabricator, preferably within the Oil & Gas or Marine industries.
- Qualifications: Time-served (Trade Papers/SVQ Level 3 or equivalent).
- Skills: Strong ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Experience with heavy-duty structural steel and pipework is a distinct advantage.
- Reliability: A proactive attitude and a commitment to meeting project deadlines.
