Digital Operations & Communications Assistant

Help us ensure every baby is seen, heard and held.
DorPIP (Dorset Parent Infant Partnership) is a specialist charity supporting babies, parents and families during the first 1001 days of life.
We are looking for a digitally confident, highly organised problem-solver who enjoys improving systems, spotting what others miss, and helping a small charity run smoothly behind the scenes.
This is not a traditional administrative role.
We need someone who is comfortable working across multiple digital platforms, can juggle a variety of tasks, enjoys creating order from complexity, and isn't afraid to ask questions when something doesn't quite add up.
About the Role
You'll work directly with the CEO and wider team to help keep operations, communications and digital systems running smoothly.
One moment you might be updating website content, the next helping coordinate a training event, improving a process, updating the CRM, creating a Canva presentation, or making sure important actions don't fall through the cracks.
This is a varied role with plenty of opportunity to shape systems and make a real contribution to how the organisation works.
