We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our education team at Gulliver's Activity Centre.
This is an exciting opportunity to support children and young people who require alternative educational provision. Working alongside teaching and pastoral staff, you will play a key role in helping pupils engage in learning, achieve positive outcomes, and develop confidence both inside and outside the classroom.

You will help manage classroom activities, contribute to planning and assessment processes, and support pupils with varying educational, emotional, and behavioural needs.
The successful candidate will be committed to providing a child-centred approach, building positive relationships with pupils, and promoting inclusion and achievement for all learners.
This role may involve working across our Rotherham and Doncaster sites, so flexibility and the ability to adapt to different educational settings will be important.
You will become part of a dedicated education team committed to supporting children and young people to reach their full potential through innovative and individualised learning opportunities.
