Sentinel Performance Solutions, part of Aalberts Hydronic Flow Control, is looking for an ambitious Area Sales Manager to drive sales growth across South London & Kent
This role is ideal for an experienced Area Sales Manager, Business Development Manager, Regional Sales Manager, Technical Sales Representative, Merchant Sales Executive or Field Sales Executive with experience in the UK heating, plumbing, HVAC, water treatment, building services, M&E or merchant sector.

Sentinel is a leading water treatment brand trusted by installers, merchants, contractors and OEMs for over 30 years. As part of Aalberts Hydronic Flow Control, we help customers improve heating system efficiency, reduce maintenance costs and extend equipment life.
The Role
Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager (North), you will:
- Grow sales across South London & Kent
- Develop relationships with merchants, contractors, heating engineers, housing associations, developers and OEMs.
- Identify and win new business opportunities.
- Deliver product training and technical support.
- Negotiate pricing and commercial agreements.
- Build and execute structured territory and account plans.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven field sales experience within the UK heating, plumbing, HVAC, water treatment, M&E or building services market.
- Experience selling through merchants, contractors, installers or specification channels.
- Strong account management and business development skills.
- Commercially astute with pricing and negotiation experience.
- Full UK driving licence.

- Diploma of Higher Education (preferred)
Experience:
- Sales: 2 years (required)
- CRM software: 2 years (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Clean UK Driving Licence (required)
