Synergy Personnel LTD are currently recruiting 4 x Groundworkers for a long-term housing project in Warminster The ideal candidates will have experience in finishing works on residential construction sites and be confident working independently as well as part of a team.
Duties will include:
- Slabbing
- Kerbing
- Edging
- Laying patios
- General finishing and external works on a live housing development site
Requirements:
- Valid CSCS card (minimum requirement)
- Previous experience as a Groundworks Finisher
- Own basic groundwork tools (essential)
- Full PPE
- Additional plant/machinery tickets are advantageous but not essential
Key Attributes:
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to work safely and follow site procedures
Contract: Long-term project
Start: Immediate
Pay: Competitive, depending on experience
