Showroom Host (Vehicle Storage & Concierge) – Part Time (2 days/week)
Location: Near Leeds, Yorkshire (private, appointment-only facility – exact location shared after ID check)
Hours: Part-time, 2 days per week, 10:00–15:00 (10 hours/week)
Pay: £15.00 per hour (PAYE) + overtime available by agreement
Travel: Applicants should live within ~30 minutes of our site
About Lusso Concierge
Lusso Concierge is Yorkshire’s all-in-one automotive concierge facility, specialising in secure vehicle storage, detailing and paint protection film (PPF). We look after a wide range of high-value vehicles in a clean, professional, private environment.
We’re looking for a reliable, friendly Showroom Host to support the day-to-day running of our vehicle storage operation. This is a hands-on role that would suit someone who takes pride in doing things properly, enjoys keeping a space organised and presentable, and is comfortable speaking with customers.
The role
You’ll be the day-to-day “eyes and ears” of our storage facility, helping with:
- Daily checks of stored vehicles (visual checks, basic condition checks)
- Managing battery chargers/maintainers and ensuring vehicles are cared for correctly
- Organising vehicle positions within the storage area (keeping everything neat, safe and accessible)
- Keeping the storage facility clean, tidy and presentable at all times
- Light vehicle cleaning when cars enter storage / before handover
- Assisting with vehicle check-in including photos and basic damage appraisal
- Welcoming clients and supporting drop-offs/collections during working hours
- Customer communication (updates, coordinating timings, general queries)
- Supporting the wider team with practical tasks that keep the storage operation running smoothly
Overtime / out-of-hours (optional)
Occasional overtime may be available for client drop-offs/collections outside normal hours (agreed in advance).
Minimum 2 hours per call-out
Weekday out-of-hours: 1.25×
Saturday: 1.5×
Sunday/Bank Holiday: 2×
What we’re looking for
- Full UK driving licence required (you’ll need to move vehicles on-site)
- Trustworthy, punctual and professional (we work with high-value vehicles)
- Organised, tidy and detail-focused
- Confident speaking to customers in a calm, friendly manner
- Comfortable working independently and using initiative
- A genuine interest in cars is a bonus, but not essential
- Experience in a dealership, valet, hospitality, facilities/caretaker, or similar customer-facing role is helpful

We operate a private, appointment-only facility. For security reasons, the exact location is shared after an ID check and once an interview is arranged.
