Senior HR Advisor
Purpose
Support the HR Business Partner to deliver the people strategy, manage day-to-day HR activity, and drive engagement, compliance, and performance across the site.
Key Responsibilities

Advise on Employee Relations and manage cases

Support union / employee representative engagement

Ensure policy compliance and coach managers

Oversee HR systems, data accuracy, and audits

Drive absence reduction and performance processes

Support recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning

Ensure training compliance (H&S, legal, technical)

Lead engagement, wellbeing, and DE&I initiatives

Support Occupational Health and HSE activities
