Former Tenant Arrears Officer

As part of a team responsible for the delivery of excellent frontline customer service, the successful applicant will have the proven ability of working with the public
We have a great opportunity to join a successful Income Team.
The role of Former Tenant Arrears Officer will be responsible for;

Ensuring a high level of service is provided to our internal and external customers

Achieving challenging targets working in a high performing team

Driving income collection and resolve outstanding issues

Debt recovery and responding to debtor’s queries, including former tenants’ arrears, garage arrears and rechargeable repairs

Taking enforcement action as and when necessary
The skills, knowledge & experience required;

Ideally with some working knowledge of debt recovery
-
Previously worked in the social housing sector is desirable
-
Excellent communications skills

Empathy for individuals in financial difficulty.

A full driving licence and vehicle are essential for this post
