Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and creative Decorator to join our team. As a Decorator, you will be responsible for enhancing the aesthetic appeal of various spaces through painting, design, and decorative elements. Your attention to detail and artistic vision will play a crucial role in creating visually stunning environments.
Responsibilities:
- Drive to various locations to perform decorating tasks
- Prepare surfaces for painting, including sanding, priming, and filling holes
- Apply paint and other decorative finishes to walls, ceilings, furniture, and other surfaces
- Create and implement design concepts based on client preferences and specifications
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and provide recommendations
- Select appropriate materials, colors, and textures for each project
- Ensure that all work is completed within the established timeline
- Clean and maintain tools and equipment used for decorating purposes
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Decorator or similar role
- Proficient in painting techniques and color mixing
- Strong artistic skills with an eye for detail
- Excellent communication skills in English to effectively communicate with clients and team members
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Valid driver's license
