Job Summary
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organisation within various premises, ensuring a hygienic and welcoming environment for clients and visitors. Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitising surfaces
- Maintain cleanliness of bathrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces in accordance with health and safety standards
- Restock supplies such as toiletries, cleaning products, and paper goods as needed
- Ensure all cleaning equipment is used correctly and maintained in good condition
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to management promptly
- Follow health and safety protocols at all times to ensure a safe working environment
- Assist with specialised cleaning tasks as required, including carpet cleaning or window washing
Experience
- Prior experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial services is highly desirable
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safe handling procedures is advantageous
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail is preferred
- Ability to work independently and efficiently while maintaining high standards of cleanliness
- Strong organisational skills and reliability are essential for success in this role
