We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Lead Dental Nurse to join our dental practice. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting the dental team, ensuring high standards of patient care, and maintaining efficient practice operations. Duties
- Assist dentists during various dental procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety
- Prepare treatment rooms and sterilise dental instruments in accordance with regulations
- Manage patient records accurately using IT systems and ensure confidentiality at all times
- Provide exceptional patient care, including pre- and post-treatment advice and instructions
- Supervise and support nursing staff, providing guidance and training as needed
- Maintain stock levels of dental supplies and order materials when necessary
- Uphold infection control protocols diligently across all clinical areas
- Communicate effectively with patients, colleagues, and external healthcare providers to facilitate seamless care delivery

Skills
- Proven experience in patient care within a dental setting
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Excellent communication skills
- Solid understanding of nursing principles applied within a dental environment

Pay: £15.00-£17.00 per hour
