Youth Revisited is a premium UK men’s health, hormone optimization and blood-testing service, supported by our own UKAS-accredited laboratory. We combine clinician-reviewed diagnostics, structured monitoring and a high-trust patient experience. We are building our prescribing function and looking for a Pharmacist Independent Prescriber to join us.
The Role
You will lead remote clinical consultations and prescribing for our hormone optimization program (including TRT), working within a clear scope of practice and supported by our Superintendent Pharmacist and Medical Director.
A typical patient journey: health questionnaire → baseline blood test → eligibility consultation → prescribing where clinically appropriate → structured review at defined monitoring intervals.
You will:
- Conduct thorough remote consultations and assess eligibility against clinical criteria
- Prescribe within an agreed, evidence-based scope of practice
- Interpret blood results and manage structured monitoring and review cycles
- Maintain robust clinical records and follow our governance, safeguarding and escalation protocols
- Work collaboratively with our Superintendent Pharmacist, Medical Director and laboratory team
What We’re Looking For
Essential
- GPhC-registered pharmacist with Independent Prescriber annotation (in good standing, no relevant restrictions)
- Confident, autonomous remote clinical decision-making
- Excellent documentation discipline and a patient-safety-first mindset
- Clear, professional communication with patients and colleagues
Desirable
- Experience prescribing in TRT / men’s health / hormone optimisation
- Background in remote/distance prescribing of higher-acuity medicines (e.g. weight management, sexual health)
- Familiarity with BSSM-aligned prescribing principles
TRT experience is preferred but not essential — for the right prescriber we provide structured training, a supervised practice period and ongoing clinical support to extend your scope safely, with Medical Director oversight.
