Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Delivery Driver to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the safe, timely delivery of goods to our customers while providing a high level of service. This position suits someone who enjoys driving, working independently, and being part of a supportive team environment.
Working Hours
- Monday – Thursday: 7:30am – 3:30pm
- Friday: 7:00am – 12:30pm (early finish)
- Overtime and bonuses available during periods of high demand
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate a company delivery vehicle to transport goods to designated locations
- Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance
- Accurately record delivery details, including delivery times and any issues
- Communicate effectively with office and warehouse staff regarding schedules or changes
- Assist with loading and unloading of goods in collaboration with warehouse staff
- Adhere to all road rules, safety regulations, and company policies
About You
- Previous experience as a delivery driver is preferred
- Hold a valid driver’s licence (commercial licence advantageous)
- Experience in warehouse or logistics operations is beneficial
- Physically capable of lifting and handling goods as required
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude
- Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently
