Nursery Practitioner – Join Our Friendly Team!
At Lingfield Nursery we believe the best early years education happens when staff feel supported, valued, and part of a team that truly cares. We’ve created a working environment that prioritises wellbeing, fair pay, and meaningful work,so you can focus on what matters most: helping children learn, explore, and grow with confidence.
We’re fortunate to be surrounded by 14 acres of beautiful farmland that is also home to a collection of friendly animals that the children delight in getting to know. Our farm is home to goats, donkeys, guinea pigs, and chickens. The children visit the animals and help to collect the eggs all forming part of their daily adventures.
If you enjoy the outdoors, nature-based learning, and early years practice that’s authentic and practical, this is the place for you. Each of our rooms hosts multiple outside areas for the children and staff to explore throughout the day. Our approach gives childrenreal experiences, and our team the time and support to deliver high-quality practice without the pressure and rush often found in other settings.
We value fairness and transparency. Everyone in the same role receives the same rate of pay,and when pay rises are given, they’re applied across the team. Clear expectations, recognition for your work, and supportive leadership are part of our culture from day one.
About the role:
