A junior hire controller is a customer-facing role that involves hiring and maintaining equipment, and providing customer service. They work closely with the depot team to ensure a smooth hire process. Responsibilities
- Hire, rehire, and source equipment from third-party suppliers
- Process hire contracts, off-hires, and exchanges
- Provide quotes and advise customers on the best hire solutions
- Ensure stock is maintained to the required standard
- Help ensure that all legal, health, safety, and environmental requirements are met
- Deal with customer enquiries and requests via phone and email
- Support the Depot Manager with administrative duties
Wage from £20,000 per annum (18 - 20 year old) or £23,500 for 21 years and older.
