Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Jewellery Sales Training Officer to develop and deliver comprehensive sales training programmes within our organisation. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in enhancing the skills and knowledge of our sales team, ensuring they are equipped with the latest product information and sales techniques. Duties
- Design, develop, and implement engaging training modules using tools such as Adobe Captivate and SharePoint.
- Deliver training sessions on jewellery products, sales techniques, and customer service skills through various formats including workshops and e-learning platforms
- Collaborate with human resources to identify training needs and tailor programmes accordingly.
- Mentor and support sales staff through ongoing coaching sessions, fostering a motivating learning environment.
- Use Salesforce to monitor sales performance metrics and integrate training insights into performance improvement strategies.
- Prepare presentation materials that clearly communicate key concepts and facilitate effective learning experiences.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, jewellery products, and sales best practices to ensure training content remains relevant.
Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Captivate for creating interactive e-learning content.
- Strong teaching abilities with experience in delivering engaging training sessions.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to inspire and motivate others
- Experience with CRM platforms including Salesforce for tracking sales activities and performance data.
- Ability to mentor staff effectively, providing constructive feedback and support for professional growth.

Pay: £24,450.00-£40,000.00 per year
