As a Store Leader at 92 Degrees, you set the pace. You’re responsible for your store’s performance, your team’s development, and the experience every guest receives. From hitting targets to coaching your team, you make sure the store is thriving operationally, financially, and culturally.
You’re not just managing shifts, you’re shaping the future of your store and your people.
What You’ll Do
● Lead, coach & inspire your team every day
● Drive sales, control costs & hit store KPIs
● Set the standard for service, consistency & customer experience
● Recruit, train & develop team members to their full potential
● Manage rotas, labour spend & stock ordering with accuracy
● Keep communication strong across the team
● Own the detail: store checks, compliance, health & safety
● Represent 92 Degrees values & act as a brand ambassador
