Job Overview
To provide administrative support to the Sales Administration team, ensuring customer orders, sales documentation, and related administrative processes are completed accurately and efficiently. The role also provides support to the Sales and Operations team with invoicing, supplier administration, and general office duties while maintaining a high level of customer service.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Process customer sales orders accurately and efficiently;
- Liaise with customers regarding orders, deliveries and general enquiries;
- Support production planning through the timely processing of customer orders;
- Work closely with sales and production, planning to ensure customer requirements are met;
- Raise customer sales invoices accurately and within agreed timescales;
- Respond to customer enquiries relating to orders and invoicing;
- Assist with month-end activities and account analysis;
- Maintain accurate financial records and filing systems;
- Support audit and reporting requirements as required;
- Support sales, purchasing and operational administration activities as required;
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across the business;
- Provide support to the wider Operations and Sales teams as required;
- Assist with general office administration duties.

Pay: £12,345,678.00-£12,346,789.00 per day
