Nurture Teacher - South West London
£194.20 to £258.84 (MPS1 - MPS6) per day PAYE
Monday to Friday, 08:00 AM to 04:00 PM
Full-time, long-term to permanent contract (term-time only)

About the Role:
- Lead a KS3 class, supporting pupils with SEN, including Autism (ASC), ADHD, and SEMH needs
- Deliver targeted small group interventions focused on social, emotional, and academic development
- Plan and deliver personalised lessons aligned with EHCP targets
- Manage and support a team of Teaching Assistants and Learning Support Assistants within the classroom
- Create a nurturing and structured environment with effective behaviour support strategies
- Support pupils in developing confidence, emotional regulation, and independence
- Work collaboratively with therapists, teachers, and the wider inclusion team to provide holistic support
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver differentiated lessons tailored to a range of SEN needs
- Implement EHCP strategies to support individual learning and development
- Provide consistent behaviour support to promote positive engagement and wellbeing
- Lead and delegate tasks to support staff effectively
- Monitor student progress and adapt teaching approaches where required
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary professionals and families
- Create a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment

Key Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Experience supporting students with SEN, Autism (ASC), ADHD, or SEMH
- Strong understanding of EHCPs and personalised learning approaches
- Ability to lead and work effectively with Teaching Assistants and Learning Support Assistants
- Skilled in behaviour support within a nurturing environment
- Passion for supporting children with additional needs in a Primary School setting
