Duties:
- Perform servicing, repairs, and maintenance on customer vehicles to manufacturer standards
- Conduct diagnostic testing and warranty repairs efficiently
- Carry out vehicle maintenance tasks such as cambelts, routine servicing, and mechanical repairs
- Complete electronic vehicle health checks (eVHCs)
- Accurately document work using digital job cards
- Ensure all work is carried out safely, efficiently, and to high quality standards
- Collaborate closely with colleagues to uphold workshop productivity and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Level 3 Vehicle Maintenance qualification (IMI, City & Guilds or equivalent)
- Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician or Service Technician in a busy workshop environment
- Strong servicing and repair capabilities, with good diagnostics and fault-finding skills
- MOT licence is desirable but not essential
- Full UK driving licence is a must
- Motivated to learn and progress through ongoing manufacturer training
- A team player with an eye for detail and a commitment to quality
