Duties
- Identify and approach prospective clients through B2B sales channels, including schools, colleges, and corporate organisations.
- Present and promote our educational programmes effectively, highlighting their benefits to potential clients.
- Negotiate terms and close sales agreements that meet organisational targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and sales activities using IT systems.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client queries promptly and professionally.
- Organise and manage your schedule efficiently to maximise outreach and follow-up activities.
- Drive to client locations as required, ensuring punctuality and professionalism during all visits.
- Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs and enhance programme offerings.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the education sector or related fields.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Valid driving licence with the ability to travel frequently to client sites.
- Proficiency in IT systems for managing contacts, scheduling, and reporting purposes.
- Outstanding organisational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently across multiple clients and tasks.
- Customer service orientation with a professional approach to building long-term relationships.
