What you'll do
- Picking and packing products for outgoing orders
- Preparing documents such as dispatch notes and labels
- Framing customer orders (full training will be provided)
- Printing football shirts/jerseys (full training will be provided)
- Providing excellent customer service at all times
- Dealing with customer queries on the phone and by email
- Ensuring product stock levels are correct
- Preparing/packing large overseas deliveries
- Assisting with signings as and when required
What you'll need
- Have an interest or knowledge of sport and film
- Experience in providing excellent customer service
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams)
- The ability to make decisions and use your initiative
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
