Are you an ambitious and experienced property professional looking for your next challenge? We are seeking a motivated Senior Sales Negotiator to join our clients successful and growing estate agency team in Downend, Bristol.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a proven track record in estate agency sales who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and achieving results.
The Role
As a Senior Sales Negotiator, you will play a key role in driving property sales, building strong client relationships, and supporting the continued success of the branch.
Key responsibilities include:
- Generating and progressing property sales
- Conducting property viewings and valuations
- Negotiating offers between buyers and sellers
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Delivering outstanding customer service throughout the sales process
- Prospecting and generating new business opportunities
- Supporting and mentoring junior team members where required
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience as a Sales Negotiator within estate agency
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Target-driven with a proactive attitude
- Excellent customer service skills
- Well-presented and professional
- Full UK driving licence and own vehicle preferred
- Local knowledge of Bristol and surrounding areas is advantageous
