TicketSource is Hiring! Customer Success Specialist (Full-Time - 37.5 hours)
Could you be our next Customer Success Specialist Superstar? Having achieved a 4.9-star rating on Trustpilot, TicketSource is looking for a new team member to deliver Oscar-worthy service to our event organisers and ticket-buying customers.
Our Customer Success Team is critical in representing TicketSource and is responsible for nurturing relationships with our ticket-buying customers and event organiser clients. The role will be a blend of helping customers book event tickets, responding to booking queries, and assisting our event organisers with the TicketSource platform by providing support, guidance, and advice to ensure they get the most from our services. Whether communicating by phone, email, social media, or live chat, you will strive to exceed expectations and deliver a five-star experience!
A passion for theatre, arts, music, or events is a bonus, but the key attributes we are looking for are strong communication skills (both written and spoken), the ability to listen and clearly understand an issue, to quickly become an expert in the TicketSource platform and be able to get to grips with technical features. A commitment to working hard but bringing your own sense of fun to the TicketSource Team is essential! And cake. We just love cake.
This is a full-time, office-based position in Penarth (we are not currently able to offer remote working for this role). You will work up to two evenings per week (until 7 pm), Saturdays on rotation, and occasional Sunday remote cover (no more than 2 hours). The salary is £25,293.28 per annum, with access to the profit-sharing scheme after six months.
