Sous Chef / Second Chef- Titchmarsh

We’re looking for a Sous Chef to join the team at a well-established independent village pub serving fresh, seasonal food and quality pub classics.
This is a hands-on role in a small, well run kitchen with a steady pace of service, ideal for a chef who enjoys cooking properly without the pressure of high volume covers.
The Role
- Support the Head Chef in day-to-day kitchen operations
- Prepare and deliver fresh, seasonal dishes and pub classics
- Step up and run the kitchen when required
- Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and organisation
- Assist with stock control, prep, and service

About You
- Experience in a fresh food kitchen
- Confident working across all sections
- Able to support and step up in the absence of the Head Chef
- Good understanding of allergens and dietary requirements
