We are seeking a proactive, commercially minded Finance Manager to support the business through an exciting period of growth. You’ll ensure accurate, timely financial reporting and provide reliable insight to support decision-making across the business.
In this varied, hands-on role, you’ll oversee core finance activities while maintaining strong financial controls and compliance. You’ll also identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency, helping to build an exceptional finance function as the business grows.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
· Prepare accurate and timely monthly group management accounts, including P&L, balance sheet and cash flow and provide detailed variance analysis and commentary
· Manage monthly balance sheet reconciliations, ensuring any discrepancies are investigated and resolved
· Oversee and actively support day-to-day finance operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll
· Support the budgeting and forecasting process, working closely with operational teams
· Manage all HMRC submissions and compliance
· Drive cost control initiatives and improve overall financial performance
· Review and improve systems, processes, and controls to enhance efficiency
· Manage the year end process and relationship with auditors and tax advisers
Requirements:
· Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
· Proven experience in a hands-on finance management role within a fast-paced environment.
· Strong technical knowledge
· Experience within a multi-site or healthcare environment would be advantageous
· Excellent communication skills in engaging with stakeholders at all levels
· Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
· A strong commitment to continuous improvement, learning, and personal development

Pay: £55,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
