Summary
To provide efficient assistance and administration support to the Training Centre. The role will include general admin and support.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Administration
- Preparing training materials for courses and certificates
- Maintain /update the Training Centre Register
- Booking hotels for course attendees
- Obtaining relevant information from attendees
- Liaising with attendees via telephone and email
- Liaising with Franchise Partners and Head Office to book Work Experience and Head Office days
- Gather marketing information to be passed on to relevant departments
- Ordering of uniforms
- Maintaining stock levels
- Other ad hoc admin duties
Property Management
- Maintain the appearance of the Training Centre
- Cleaning of the workshop, rubbish clearance, recycling
- Ensure classroom and all products are clean and ready for use
- Other ad hoc property management tasks

Package
Hours: 8 hours per week – Hours and days to be confirmed. There may need to be some flexibility to suit the needs of the business
Location: Unit 8d Beta Close, Newtown, Tewkesbury, GL20 8SR
Holidays: 22 days per year + statutory holidays. (this will be calculated to be based on 8 hours per week)
Notice period: 6 weeks
Salary: £6,000.00
