JOB DESCRIPTION
Founded in 2021, we are a rapidly growing company in the Energy Efficiency sector, delivering retrofit solutions into communities across the UK to improve the energy efficiency of homes.
Based on Phoenix Park near Nottingham, we are looking for a Retrofit Submissions Coordinator to join our team to support compliance and submissions of our Warm Homes: Local Grant (WH:LG) and Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund (SHDF) projects.
You will be responsible for compliance audits of energy efficiency installations, stakeholder management of our Installers and Funders, and compliance related administration.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Energy Efficiency Scheme Submissions
- Collate all relevant compliance documentation relating to our energy efficiency installations
- Complete post installation paperwork audits; reviewing certificates, documents and installation photographs ensuring compliance to original design and scheme rules
- Verification of all data for accuracy; managing queries with internal and external stakeholders as required
- Submission of paperwork onto our Funder’s CRM system(s)
- Maintaining accuracy of data entry on internal databases
SKILLS, EXPERIENCE and QUALIFICATIONS
- Attention to detail, accuracy and effective organisational skills
- Experience of effectively managing internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritise workloads
- Effective communication skills
- Flexible attitude
- Strong Microsoft Office Skills; Excel, Word, Outlook
- Experience in domestic retrofit; ECO, GBIS, WH:LG or SHDF would be beneficial but is not essential as is knowledge and understanding of energy efficiency measures such as Solar PV, Air Source Heat Pumps and fabric insulation.

Salary: £24,785 - £29,000 per year

LOCATION

Pay: Up to £29,000.00 per year
