MOT Tester/Mechanic
Location: Leicester
Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 + Bonus (Realistic OTE £45k–£55k)
Hours: Monday to Friday
Contract: Full-Time | Permanent

We’re after a solid MOT Tester / Technician who’s happy doing both testing and mechanical work, and just wants to get on with the job.
This is a busy environment with plenty of work coming through. There's no standing around waiting for tests or jobs.
Day to day you’ll be:
- Carrying out MOT testing in line with DVSA standards
- Servicing and routine maintenance
- Repairs (brakes, suspension, clutches, etc.)
- Diagnostics and fault finding
- Flagging any additional work that genuinely needs doing
No nonsense, just doing the job properly.

What We're Looking For
- Qualified MOT Tester with a valid MOT licence
- Level 2/3 Vehicle Technician (or equivalent experience)
- Confident carrying out both MOTs and mechanical work
- Good diagnostic ability
- Reliable team player
- Full UK driving licence
