Mobile Tail Lift Engineer
Location: Sheffield
Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday

Elite Workforce Solutions are recruiting on behalf of a well-established commercial vehicle maintenance company for an experienced Mobile Tail Lift Engineer based in Sheffield.
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled engineer looking to join a growing business offering a competitive salary, company van, fuel card and a Monday to Friday working pattern.
The Role
- Service, maintain and repair a wide range of tail lift equipment.
- Diagnose and rectify hydraulic, electrical and mechanical faults.
- Carry out routine servicing, inspections and breakdown repairs.
- Work on trailers and Class 2 HGVs fitted with tail lift systems.
- Complete all maintenance records and job sheets accurately.
- Ensure work is completed safely and to a high standard.
- Deliver excellent customer service while working at customer sites.
Requirements
- Previous experience servicing and repairing tail lifts is essential.
- Experience working on trailers and Class 2 HGVs.
- Strong hydraulic, electrical and mechanical fault-finding skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own workload.
- Full UK driving licence.
Desirable
- LOLER qualification is advantageous but not essential.
- Previous experience within the commercial vehicle industry.
