We are looking for a Housing Support Worker to join our Team here at Tate Housing.
We are a housing provider for people facing homelessness. We have multiple properties across Nottingham City and are expanding.
Duties and responsibilities of support worker:
- Working alongside clients and supporting them with a range of issues they may face.
- Completing support plans.
- Completing regular room inspections and fire safety checks.
- Attending appointments with clients as and when needed.
- Signposting and referring clients to agencies for support.
- Making weekly support sessions with clients, working towards their support needs outlined on their support plan.
- Having good communication skills and working alongside a team.
- Managing time efficiently and organising your own appointments and calendars.
- Liaise with agencies that are involved in the support of your client.
- Attending meetings with agencies.
- Travelling between properties.
A driving licence and access to a car is essential.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: £13.00 per hour
