Parallel Care Solutions provides Therapeutic Residential Care for children and young people with learning disabilities from age 8 to 18. You will receive training and ongoing support to introduce you to Therapeutic Practice and then ongoing training and support to develop your practice.
Our shift pattern is based on a 1 on 2 off rota,
7am-11pm
Plus approximately 5 sleeps a month (£67.50 each)
The rota also includes team meetings and our excellent training and on going skills development. This is to equip you with the skills and knowledge that are important to change the lives of children and young people.
