What You'll Be Doing
- Leading day-to-day operations across the restaurant, bar & cafe.
- Supporting and motivating the team to deliver exceptional customer service
- Managing shifts, ensuring smooth service during busy periods
- Handling customer enquiries and resolving issues professionally
- Assisting with staff training and development
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and compliance
- Working closely with senior management to drive sales and guest satisfaction
What We're Looking For
- Previous supervisory or management experience in a busy hospitality environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- A positive, proactive attitude with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to remain calm and organised in a fast-paced setting
- Passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and peak trading periods
