IT / Technology Recruitment Consultant – Contract Desk
Location: Edinburgh (Hybrid Working)

Permanent People are recruiting on behalf of a growing technology recruitment business in Edinburgh that is looking to hire an IT Recruitment Consultant to support its expanding contract desk.
This opportunity would suit someone with experience recruiting within the IT / technology market, ideally with exposure to contract recruitment, although strong permanent recruiters or delivery consultants will also be considered.
There is already plenty of existing work and client demand, meaning you’ll be able to focus on delivering results from day one.
The Role
Depending on experience, the role could be structured as either a 360 Recruitment Consultant or a Delivery / Resourcing Consultant.
- Recruiting contract IT professionals across a range of technologies
- Managing the full recruitment process from sourcing to placement
- Building and maintaining strong candidate pipelines
- Developing and maintaining client relationships
- Supporting ongoing contract recruitment requirements
Requirements
- Experience in IT / technology recruitment
- Ideally experience in contract recruitment
- Strong sourcing and candidate management skills
- Good communication and relationship-building ability
- Motivated and team-oriented approach
