We at Vanwise, a leading light commercial dealership in Harlow, are seeking a dedicated Transaction Manager to oversee the delivery of excellent customer outcomes in the sale of finance, insurance, warranties, and additional products.
About the Role:
This full-time, permanent position is perfect for an experienced car/van sales professional looking to advance their career. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring compliance with FCA regulations while driving sales performance.
Hours: 45 hours per week, Monday-Friday with alternative Saturday’s and no Sunday working.
Salary: £35k basic annual salary with an achievable £85k OTE.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the sale of vehicles, finance and insurance products to ensure compliance with the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) rules & guidelines.
- Provide advice and guidance around the sales process to a team of Sales Executives, balancing the need for a good outcomes with sales performance.
- Assist in the closing of vehicle sales and obtaining valuations for part exchanges.
- Complete monthly reporting on finance and insurance sales performance.
- Upskill the Sales Executive team by training in finance and insurance.
Your profile:
- Previous Experience as a Transaction/Business Manager or experience within a Sales Executive or Sales Controller position.
- Professional approach with strong mentoring skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and a focus on compliance.
- Ability to multi-task and work to deadlines.
- Strong customer management and teamwork skills.
